When will my order ship?
Place your order by 4pm Thursday and we'll post your order on Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a VIC public holiday) via Express Post.
How are the succulents packed?
Your succulents are unpotted so the roots can dry out for a day or two before they travel. They're then carefully packed and posted bare rooted by Monday.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
We ship to all states except WA, TAS and NT. Express Post starts from $15 and will be calculated at the check out.
What if my succulent arrives damaged?
We take great care when packing your succulents for their journey. If your succulent arrives damaged due to unforeseen circumstances, email us within 3 days of receiving your order and include photos.
How do I care for my new succulent?
Your succulent has travelled bare root, so it may look a little tired when it arrives, that's completely normal. Unwrap it as soon as it arrives and let it rest somewhere with bright indirect light for two to three days.
Once you've potted it into a well-draining succulent mix, give it a light water and then leave it alone until the soil is completely dry again, usually every one to two weeks in warmer months, less in winter.
Aim for a spot with plenty of bright light, but ease it into direct sun gradually rather than all at once. A few wrinkled or dropped lower leaves are normal after shipping and nothing to worry about.
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?
Yes, pick up is available in Bentleigh East, VIC.
